We work inside your organization, shoulder to shoulder with your leadership team, and we don't leave until the work is done.
A typical engagement starts with a few weeks of diagnosis where we get underneath the surface of what's really going on. We talk to people across the organization, look at how work actually flows, and identify what's blocking progress. From there, we build a plan that's specific to your situation and realistic about what your organization can absorb.
Then we execute it with you. We run the cross-functional coordination, facilitate the hard conversations, build the new processes, and keep everything moving forward. We're in your weekly meetings. We know your people by name. We're accountable for results, not just recommendations.
Most engagements run somewhere between two and six months depending on scope. By the time we leave, your team has the skills and structures to sustain the changes without us.
