We spend the first few weeks getting underneath what is really going on. We talk to people across the organization, look at how work actually flows, and find what is blocking progress. Then we build a plan specific to your situation and realistic about what your team can absorb.
We build the systems, run the hiring, close the stuck deals, and keep the work moving. We are in your weekly meetings. We know your people by name. We are accountable for results, not recommendations.
Most engagements run two to six months depending on scope. By the time we leave, your team has the skills and structures to sustain the changes without us.
