Diagnose

For the first two to three weeks we work inside your company and find what is breaking, where work gets stuck, and what it is costing you. You get a clear picture of what to fix first. Fixed price, and useful on its own, so you can see how we work before you commit to more.

Fix

We do the work. Depending on what we found, that means setting up how the company runs, hiring the people you need, closing deals that are stuck, or building the product. We do it ourselves, not on a slide.

Run

We set up the simple weekly routine your team runs on, hand over the tools and how to use them, and step back. If you want us to keep holding it together after that, we stay on a monthly basis.

Recent work

Design studio

A design studio grew faster than its two founders could run. We set up how the studio works day to day, who owns what, and how the team tracks projects. We ran the hire of their first project manager from first interview to signed contract, and moved an existing designer into a bigger role. The studio now runs on a team and a system, not on the founders doing everything.

Climate venture

An early company in biomass and biofuels was growing across many partners at once, with no one holding the work together. We set up the weekly meetings that kept decisions moving, ran the partner deals from first call to signed agreement, and built their measurement tool and handed it to the team to run. One operator kept a fast-moving company together while it grew.
